Choosing the right subject is vital to your success… for one thing, the amount of money you make from an AdSense click can vary greatly, from a few pennies to $5 or more, depending on the subject. The other thing is you must have plenty of  targeted traffic to your site to maximize your exposure, and therefore your earnings. You can get traffic to your website using free methods or paid methods… they both have their good and bad sides.

One obvious benefit of free traffic is… well, it’s free. But you’ll still pay in the form of spending time doing keyword research and optimizing your site for the search engines. But if you have little or no money to  invest when you’re getting started,  being able to get free traffic is obviously a great advantage..

I have three methods that I use to get traffic. I’ve developed these methods through years of trial and error and intense testing, and I’ve been able to multiply my return using these methods a number of times — some sites bring as much as 1000% profit each year!  Today I’ll show you one of my methods…

First, you need to find some seed keywords. Seed keywords are just generic phrases that describe a particular popular market. For instance, “dog training,” “food supplements,” “pc repair,” and “binoculars” are all examples of generic keyword phrases. These phrases are TOO generic to be of practical use, but they’re useful to get started.

Here are some places you can find good seed keyword phrases:

Check the best seller rankings at sites like
Amazon.com, eBay, Clickbank.com, Alexa.com,
or Google Trends.

The ideal visitor to your website will be someone who’s already decided to buy a certain type of product, or is right on the verge
of buying. So your website should have information that they’re looking for and can use. Physical products (as opposed to digital products that people can download) usually perform better with AdSense, because people are obsessed with searching for the best deal they can find… they’re more likely to click on your AdSense ads and make you some cash.

Just a handful of useful, well-written articles on your site can bring you in a nice amount. I usually put my sites up in batches of 10, and I expect the batch to bring me in an average of $1,000 a month, all together.
